National Service Scheme

NSS  is the educational project that develops students personality through the service to community. The major objective of this scheme is the development of students by all way means. The NSS unit was started in our college in 1971 –72. In the year 1971-72 only 50 volunteers were admitted to NSS programme. Later on, knowing importance of this scheme the number of volunteers increased to 100. In the year 1995-96 the number of volunteers reached maximum up to 200 and is being constant till today. Our college NSS unit is thus the biggest unit in Solapur University area presently.
